Lead Consultant

Role overview

Seniority: Junior-Mid

Location: London

Salary range: £80,000 - £90,000/annum + other benefits

Focus on design and delivery of our unforgettable interactive sprints and workshops.

Cracking tough problems, innovating and figuring out how to win in fast changing markets should be invigorating, creative, collaborative and lead to action. The best bit about work.

But corporates and consultants manage to squeeze the life out of it. PowerPoint. Tell us one interesting fact about yourself. Flipchart. Predictable sticky note exercises. Yawn.

We’re on a mission to change that. The mindset and behaviours of successful entrepreneurs are the key. Come and join us!

About OneLeap

We are a boutique consultancy that believes entrepreneurship is not just for start-ups. It can be powerful in corporate settings too, offering new ways to crack the toughest problems, innovate more effectively, accelerate execution and supercharge team engagement

We have a radically different approach to consulting with two unique pillars:

  1. An extensive community of successful entrepreneurs (1,000+ from 35 countries) who become part of our project teams at key moments of impact.

  2. An experience-led approach, revolving around powerful and imaginative experiences that take clients out of their comfort zone to land unforgettable lessons.

We’ve helped some of the world’s largest companies, including Tesco, ExxonMobil and Credit Suisse, and work alongside some of the most fascinating and inspiring entrepreneurs.

Operating in the overlap between entrepreneurship and large corporates creates a unique environment for multi-dimensional high performers–people who want both the impact of working with FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 leaders and the creativity and why not? mentality of the entrepreneurial world. All within an environment that is itself highly entrepreneurial and feels like a start-up.

WORKING AT ONELEAP

We have a high-standards, low-formality culture, and live daily our values of generosity, audacity, imagination and tenacity. We all prefer working together, but have a mature and flexible approach to working remotely when necessary, and a general expectation of working from home on “focus Thursdays”.

We pay competitive compensation as salary without a contingent component, offer six weeks annual holiday (plus bank holidays), an attractive annual external training budget, bike-to-work scheme and fully subsidized travel card for zones 1 and 2.

This is a London office role, but we operate globally (mostly virtually of late, but that will change). We are able to sponsor visas for qualified candidates. Part of operating globally is travel and variable hours, although much less than most consultancies.
